1. Xanthan gum is a biopolymer prepared by corn starch and bioengineering by Xanthomonas campestris. It is a biological polysaccharide composed of glucose, mannose, glucuronic acid, acetic acid and pyruvate. The low viscosity of the polymer determines that the structure of the polymer can not be compared with that of other polymers; 2 good flow thixotropy or pseudoplasticity; 3 acid, alkali and salt resistance, oxidation resistance and enzymatic hydrolysis; 4. Temperature resistance, stable during several freezing and thawing processes, and stable under high temperature conditions; 5. It has good compatibility with acid, alkali, salt, reducing agent, surfactant, preservative and natural or synthetic thickener in the same solution system; 6 good dispersion, emulsification stability and ability of suspended particles and oil droplets. If used and stored according to specifications, it will not decompose.
